Well, like I said not much happened this week. Elise had some great visitors last week. And played at Grandma Jane's a lot while I worked. She is getting really good at going forward on her scooter, and points to her nose when you ask where it is. She loves blowing kisses, and waves at everyone. Hope all of you have a great week. Love Kristin
She now knows where her nose is!

She thinks she's hilarious.
This was back over the 4th when Aunt Debbie and Uncle Don stopped by.
She's a speed demon on her scooter. Grandma Mary came over to visit Sat. Thanks to her we have all these pictures!
She loves her puppy Amos. She tries to say puppy, but it sounds more like "puh puh".
Her Great Uncle Jim came to visit with Grandma too.
And Great Aunt Eula!
We've had a few good weeks lately. She had a fever for about 4 days last week, but no other symptoms and came through it great. It really helped having the g-tube, cause we were able to give her Tylenol and Motrin while she slept, so she didn't wake up with a fever at night. We were actually kinda excited that she had her first normal baby illness that wasn't associated with her other conditions, and she didn't end up in the hospital.

Jason is in Oklahoma this month. He came home last weekend, and is considering staying there this weekend to save money. We are really getting excited to move to Florida. This month is already starting to go by fast. I've slowly been starting the packing process with reorganizing the garage with one side full of stuff that goes and the other with stuff that stays. Then I'll move to the attic storage and then conquer the house.

.
I work A LOT the rest of the month, so the next few weeks will probably be sparse with pictures and boring posts (not that these are nail biters). But I guess at this point no news is good news. So, I hope you all have a good week, and Grandma thank you again for taking pictures this weekend. Love you all, Kristin

Beach Bums

This was us getting ready to board the plane in Spfd last week. We had to enter through the back of the plane.
This was our first sunset on the beach, and Elise's first experience with the beach and ocean.
Nothing like waking up to the sound of the surf.
Jason Boogie boarding.
Leslie and Joel came to visit Saturday.
Beautiful sunsets every night.
God Mommy Leslie
She loved the pool at the complex too.
So here are the pictures from this last week. Sorry I didn't get to the blog last night. We have had a really great week, with really great weather. Jason and I found a house to rent. It is only 840 square feet, which is a major down size from our current 2000 square feet. But we are excited to get down here, and live in our little bungalow. Elise has a heart echo Thursday in STL, so we will hopefully know if her pressures are down after being on these new meds for the past 2 weeks. Hope you all have a great week, we'll post again next week. Love you all, Kristin

Go Cardinals!

So as you can see Elise was able to go to her first Springfield Cardinals baseball game. They are the minor league team that supplies the STL cardinals. She absolutely loved it! She flirted and talked to everyone around us. She was a hoot! Jason and I are blogging from sunny Florida right now. Jason had to change his flight to Sunday, so I changed mine too, and we all 3 came down together. My Mom will still come down on Tues, and my Dad will fly down Friday. Jason and I looked at a few houses today, and were unfortunately let down. But we are hopeful that the next few days will be better. Elise did really really well on her first plane ride. She loved all the kids running around the airport. She squealed each time they ran by. And she didn't cry on the plane, even though we sat in the back where it was SO LOUD. We were able to take her to the beach for the first time today. I have video, but won't be able to upload those until after we get home next week. And my camera fogged up due to the humidity. So wish us luck this week. We are a little nervous about being so far away from her doctors, but she seems to be doing great on her new meds. We'll post again next week. Love you all. Kristin.

This is Elise's first experience with stickers. She left these on her face for over an hour.
This is after my Mom and Dad had just washed her hair.
My Mom taught her how to get into the cabinets. Looks fun doesn't it?
So here are the pictures I promised. I had a lot of problems with the videos. There were several that wouldn't upload. But, there are a couple below that did work. Enjoy!
