Elise has been doing really well with her feeding therapy. She is learning to eat from a spoon! This is a major achievement for her. These pictures are of her eating chocolate pudding for the first time! Now you have to understand, she isn't eating large amounts, but she is allowing us to put spoons in her mouth with some food on it. So we are really excited about what she has been able to do in such little time. My Mom came to visit this week. Elise remembered who she was, and was really upset after she left. Elise really like to color now. This was at Mom's condo. Elise walked everywhere with her scooter. It was a hoot. This is Elise with a princess crown upside down on her head. They had a sand castle building contest over the weekend. It was amazing what these people could design out of sand. This is Elise and one of her new toys we got her. It is a mirror that sings songs. Elise learned that she could look at us through the mirror and wave. And then the "if your happy and you know it song" came on, and she actually clapped her hands and stomped her feet like it said. It was really neat to see her understand what it was saying This is her coloring at the restaurant with Mom.
