So, my Mom leaves tomorrow. Elise had so much fun playing with her
Nanna all week. We all are going to miss her, and count the days until she comes back.

"I love Mommy and Daddy, but Grandma and Grandpa are the Best!" We bought this shirt during our visit here in Feb of '08. I was 30 weeks pregnant with Elise, and at the time had no clue we would end up living here.

This is her favorite face to make these days. We have no idea where she got it from.

Her God Mommy Leslie and Uncle Joel came to visit this weekend. I don't know who had a better time, Elise or them. We can't wait to see them again.

Here she's
chillin' with Uncle Joel.

This is her floppy Florida hat that my good friend Susan from KC gave her earlier this year. It is SO cute on her.

Baby's are so cute in swim suits.

She finally felt comfortable enough on the sand to start crawling around. She even went over to the ladies next to us to say hi. It was really cute.

Wow, this last week went by so fast. I hope the rest of our time doesn't go by this quick. My Mom came in Tues night, and we have been to the beach everyday. We took the dogs to the dog beach again with my Mom on Friday. But spent the rest of the time at the people beach. Elise is still doing great. She is taking big girl baths now, which means she isn't in the little infant/toddler container anymore. And she loves the freedom of the bathtub. She has
accidentally taken a few drinks of bath water when playing with her toys, which has actually been a good thing. She has eaten and swallowed several things this week during her meals. Swallowing is her major issue with eating. She doesn't have a problem putting things in her mouth, it's the swallowing that makes her gag and choke. So the fact that she has chewed and swallowed an entire
Cheetos chip is awesome. We'll just hope that she will continue to eat more things until we can figure out a way to show her that eating food is
related to feeling full. But that's a long way down this long road.

Her medicines still seem to be doing well. We just hope everyday that she will continue to do well throughout our stay in Florida. We are finding that moving to a new state has it's issues. We have had a bumpy start to our life here, but are hoping that things will smooth out once Jason starts his job. I hope you all have a great week. I'll post again next Monday, hopefully it won't come too soon. Love Kristin

Love the face! I also love the last shot of her crawling on the sand! That's awesome about the "accidental" swallowing of bath water and the eating of the cheetos! Such good news!
Love you guys! Enjoy Florida! Good luck with the job, Jason!
